Skyways Technics Welcomes Washington-based Andrew O'Brian to the company's Board of Directors.
On February 1st, Andrew O'Brian was elected to the Skyways Technics Board of Directors. The inclusion of Andrew O'Brian to the board brings added international aviation experience to its existing board comprised of lawyer and British consul Henrik Kleis (chairman), former Atlantic Airways President and CEO Magni Arge, and Skyways Technics CEO and Owner Benjamin Nielsen.
Andrew O'Brian is the CEO of Reach Airports, a joint venture between Munich Airport International (MAI) and the US investment firm The Carlyle Group, headquartered in Washington DC, since August 1st, 2021. Prior to joining Reach Airport, Andrew O'Brian served (2013 to 2021) as CEO of the airport company behind Quito International Airport in Ecuador. From 2009 to 2012, he also was the CEO of AERODOM, which operates six airports in the Dominican Republic. His vast experience also includes serving as Airport Manager at Copa Airlines in Costa Rica and several years at the helm of ACI-LAC (Airports Council International Latin America and the Caribbean). Thus, it is a considerable long-term experience and extensive network throughout the Americas region and globally that Andrew O'Brian brings to the Board of Skyways Technics.
