Support Sales and Repair Activities to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Skyways Technics A/S's primary activities are aircraft maintenance and spare parts trading, specializing in regional aircraft. Since 2012 we have successfully expanded our business model into Asia and Middle East/Africa. We are now looking for a trustworthy and goal-oriented professional.

You will report directly to the Purchasing Manager EMEA also based in Dubai.

Position overview:

  • Purchase spare parts, services or equipment to meet demands raised by the Sales Team.
  • Gather and monitor Spare Parts market prices from worldwide approved vendors.
  • Provide useful market information/advice to Sales Team and advise Repair Admin on the worth of replenishing/repairing – reduce TAT from repair by sourcing replacement units at a very good price.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for parts and/ or services not under contractual agreements.
  • Ensure that master data in Pentagon is up to date and correct, e.g. prices, supplier information, and technical information, etc.

Principle Duties:

  • Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders raised – advise Sales Team.
  • Provide necessary information flow to Sales and Management, for them to perform profitable sales.
  • Evaluate supplier prices vs quality of services for best performance.
  • Ad-hoc duties as directed by Management and/or required by the role.
  • Organize and coordinate procurement submission requirements and processes to meet MOE and EASA 145 standards for legal and technical sufficiency.

Your background

Ideally, you have well-documented work experience with procurement in the Aviation Industry. You have knowledge of aircraft spare parts suppliers and aviation standards.

As a person, you are rigorous, precise and you can work under pressure. You connect easily with suppliers and your motivation is to contribute to the company’s success while supporting the sales department with quality and cost-efficient solutions.

We are looking for someone having the following natural skills:

  • Strong IT skills (production/repair activities and sales).
  • Accuracy, detail, and performance oriented.
  • Communicate effortlessly in English is a must.
  • Availability, flexibility, and reactiveness.
